Villa Ilse was built using solid construction methods in 2014.
It offers two- or three-room apartments with thoughtfully laid-out spaces that provide everything a vacationer could wish for.
The light-filled living spaces face south or west.
In addition to a high-quality built-in kitchen with modern appliances, the ground-floor apartments are all equipped with roller shutters that include anti-lift devices.
Parking is provided: each apartment comes with one parking space.

You can access the modernly furnished vacation apartment through a separate entrance on the first floor. This guarantees you and your family the peaceful vacation you’re looking for.
The lower level of the apartment features the living room and a comfortable kitchen-dining area with a dining table that comfortably seats all guests.
The kitchen is ideal for families or vacations with friends; the dishwasher gives you plenty of time to enjoy the delights of the island of Usedom.
In the living room, furnished with a couch, armchairs, and a spacious coffee table, you can enjoy cozy TV nights as well as fun game nights.
The guest restroom rounds out the lower level.
