Overall, we had a very good stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located, with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The main downside is that the apartment is on the third floor and you have to use a fairly narrow staircase. There is actually a lift in the building, but guests are not allowed to use it, which is quite inconvenient when carrying luggage.

Spacious, clean, modern, great location
Only a minor comment - there were no hand towels in the kitchen and bathroom

Posizione eccezionale e Spazi ampi!

The house is really comfortable and cozy, the tea and coffee left by the host was also very sweet. I felt really comfortable inside.
First of all, if you have big or heavy luggage, the house is on the 3rd floor and there are a lot of stairs. The elevator does not work inside.
And if you go in the winter, it is very difficult to warm up inside the house, so it is very cold.
The location of the house is 20-25 minutes walking distance to the center. This can be a bit challenging.
Unfortunately, I did not like this because I wanted to be closer to the center.
