Very clean boutique hotel of 7 rooms. This location requires a bit of navigating but private gated parking and a security gate to pass through in order to get up to the villa.

Villa Cipriano can be considered a Boutique Hotel, although reception is only available after 15.00, which is not so much a problem, but take it into consideration for logistics ( late arrival etc).
Large modern rooms, very nice and helpful staff and a very good breakfast.
Moreover they have their own private parking space in front of the hotel which is great in Napoli.
We used our car to go around(restaurants) but also walked down the compound and took the metro which is not so far and brings you to the Centro Storico.
All was fine .

The property itself was beautiful and historical and the staff was so friendly and professional
The breakfast wasn't great
