Entire house in a small hamlet within a quiet village surrounded by greenery, near the Ovada highway exit, a shopping center, and a restaurant. Conveniently located near hiking trails and mountain bike routes; garage for motorcycles and bicycles with maintenance and washing services available. Located 3 km from Ovada, 30 minutes from the Serravalle Designer Outlet, and 40 minutes from Genoa. A crib is available.
Completely renovated in 2002, this has been a family home for many years, and now we’d love to share it with you for a pleasant stay. Completely refurbished in 2024 to welcome you in style, we look forward to seeing you at “Casa Chiarli”
We’ve adopted the “DIGITAL DETOX” system—no Wi-Fi and no TV—for a peaceful, personalized experience.
Located in a quiet area, it’s perfect as a stopover or for longer stays. The town where you’ll be staying is convenient for those who need to be in the area for work—with the highway just 1.5 km away—or for visiting Southern Piedmont. You’ll also discover that you can go for walks or explore bike trails just a short walk from the house, immersed in the Apennine woods on the border between Piedmont and Liguria.
