Nice 1-night stay close to center in Bourges

Great location, close to city center and nice apartment, clean and as described. The host was very nice to provide a ventilation during the heat wave.

The bathroom is a bit old but was very clean and well equipped

Catastrophique

Emplacement

Problème de compteur électrique qui sautait sans cesse, j’ai passé une partie de la journée sans électricité, après tests il s’agissait du ballon d’eau chaude que j’ai donc dû couper. Pas d’eau chaude pendant le séjour heureusement que je ne restais qu’une journée … Poubelle de la salle de bain non vidée depuis longtemps, très salle et pleine…. Matelas extrêmement mou et lattes du lit qui se défont durant la nuit au moindre mouvement, impossible de dormir sans toucher le sol. J’ai terminé la nuit sur le canapé. Enfin très peu d’insonorisation, l’impression que les voisins étaient dans l’appartement. Les clefs étaient posées dans une boîte aux lettres non sécurisée accessible à tous. Parties communes désagréables.

A fuir, appartement non conforme aux normes électriques !!!

L'emplacement est pratique, à 15mn du centre à pied

Gros problème d'électricité. Je suis restée toute la dernière nuit et la matinée de mon départ sans électricité. Impossible d'avoir qui que ce soit au téléphone donné, portable sur messagerie, aucune réponse par internet. J'ai relancé seule plusieurs fois le disjoncteur sans succès, l'électricité repartait mais était de nouveau coupée 1mn plus tard. Une première réponse est arrivée vers midi alors que j'avais quitté le logement. L'hôte s'est défaussé de tout en affirmant quil a contacté l'installateur électrique qui lui dit qu'il n'y a pas de problème alors qu'il y a clairement un pb d'installation électrique et que j'ai passé la deuxième moitié du séjour sans électricité. Heureusement que nous étions en avril et qu'il n'y avait pas besoin de chauffage. Mais le moins qu'on puisse attendre est davoir quelqu'un qui réponde dans le cas d'une urgence comme celle-ci, or aucune réponse même booking n'arrivait pas à avoir le propriétaire. Je pense que l'appartement ne répond pas aux normes attendues pour une location mais booking est trop tolérant sur ce sujet, ne vérifiant rien et vous demandant de lui envoyer des photos justificatives dans les 48h via un lien qui ne fonctionne pas. Mon mail est donc une alerte pour tous ceux qui voudraient se loger la bas. Attention, vraiment, à mon avis, il y a un réel risque et je vais saisir une instance de contrôle. Le logement se situe dans une copropriété peu entretenue. Les clefs étaient posées sous un prospectus dans une boîte aux lettres non sécurisée. Tout le monde pouvait y avoir accès le temps que jarrive. Appartement à la forte odeur de renfermé, lit avec des lattes du sommier défait, plafonnier de la salle de bain hors d'usage. Isolation entre les appartements quasi inexistante, appartement au-dessus où l'on entendait tout, pas, bruit de la chasse d'eau, évacuation des eaux...

Excellentes explications pour obtenir les clés

Peut-être expliquer qu'il ne faut pas passer le porche en voiture pour mieux trouver l'entrée du bâtiment. Peu de choses à la cuisine : manque d'un saladier, d'une casserole plus petite, d'une carafe
