convenient but uncomfortable.

The property was big and had all the basic necessities covered such as extra towels, beddings, all kitchen ware and kitchen appliances worked well. The location was convenient.

The AC was not working throughout the entire duration of our stay. we contacted the host via email and phone call but did not receive any communication. This was poor considering that AC is the main amenity listed in the title, and without it the flat was very hot and uncomfortable.

Good value, handy location not too far to walk to sea front, shops...

Having two toilets was great.

the fifth bed did not have a duvet on, we found some blankets in the wardrobe and made do with those. Requested late check out at time of booking, on check in form and with the person who handed over the keys. Also whats apped the day before leaving- did not get an answer or response to any of my correspondence.

Worst 3 week experience ever. We feel taken advantage of with NO help from booking.com. They are passing the bucket. Boo

Apt is spacious. Bed was comfortable. A/C and heating functioned well. Plenty of hot water.

From the moment we arrived we noticed something terribly wrong.Rust and mildew on the base of shower, wash sink, broken door handle, filthy toilet brushes, no curtains covering on windows, no privacy. Had to improvise and hang a quilt over the window. You can see people walking by while sitting in the living room since it’s on the ground floor. No functioning ceiling lights in master bedroom, smelly armoire, we had to store clothes outside of it, wobbly/broken toilet seat, kitchen light out, kitchen cabinet doors would not stay up from defective/ worn shock absorbers, defective hair blower, iron was all burned underneath, filthy mop, unswept floors, mismatch of pots and pans, dusty artificial palm tree, worn throw pillows, worn plate mats etc. etc. etc. We had to wait 3 days to have toilet seat replaced, door handle replaced, shower bleached and re-grout. A week to have curtains installed, cabinets repaired, lights in master repaired, light bulb in kitchen replaced, new hair blower, new iron. All this should have been addressed prior to our arrival. However, since they have been addressed whomever comes in after us should find this apt pleasant. With still some issues that remain un resolved. Many photos and videos to show, but Booking only allows 4 photos to be uploaded.

Nice clean central accommodation

Great location. Nice host who was helpful in allowing us to leave bags in the apartment before check in and after check out. Very clean.

Minor things. Could do with a few more utensils, such as chopping board and bottle opener and more saucepans. Confusing communication with management company, much easier to talk to the owner directly.
