This is a charming 1950's oceanfront beach house with 8 bedrooms and 4 bathroom, private board walk to the beach, updated kitchen, rocking chair porch and the most beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic ocean. This is 2 story home with 4 bedrooms on each floor. In the lower level there is a ping pong table for a little family competition. On the 2nd level you will enjoy a new kitchen with quartz counter tops, an open living area with ocean views and an additional 4 bedrooms. ****Layout**** 4013 sqft First Floor: Open recreation area with Ping Pong table and TV Screen Porch Bedroom 1: King Bed with ensuite (Jack n Jill) bathroom shared with bedroom #2. We rented this house for the # of bedrooms and bahs, for a family reunion. one of the septic tanks was full, and we had to use only 3 of the bathrooms for 2 days. there was a leak under the kitchen sink. All was repaired, and we received compensation for the inconenience of the bathroom situation. Unit was clean. Several lamps didn't work. overall, we would rent again, due to accommodation of br and ba.

We had the opportunity to stay at 3308 Palm and it was a blast. It's an older home, but it was very clean and you can't beat the location. It is right on the beach and approximately half way between the park and marina. We could walk directly out to the ocean on a private boardwalk and everything else was a short bike ride away.

Charming older home that could definitely use some renovations. Location fantastic and the deep porch facing the ocean was lovely. Downstairs rooms musty. Most mattresses should be replaced. The foam tops are bad for spines. Kitchen needs a garbage disposal. Bathroom exhaust fans didn’t work. Our outside trash and recycle bins were almost full when we arrived.

good other than basic quality of house, old, needs maintenance, AC struggled all week, part of the loser level ceiling fell in, only 5 rocking chairs on the upper porch and two were broken in the corner. Doesn't appear anyone paying attention

Major problem with internet and TV all week until Marks finally figured out the problem and fixed it. Palm Blvd houses are so far from the beach hard for someone in later years to walk the distance plus going over sand dunes. Ocean Blvd is much better but hard to find a house that fits our needs and $$$

These accommodations were very vacation friendly. Brought back memories of the old beach homes, 4 bed rooms on each floor surrounding a large den, game area. Porches offer excellent ocean viewsfor morning coffee or evening cocktails. Don’t expect luxury, just laid back leisure time.

This house was perfect for a counsins reunion with our young families! It was well appointed with everything we needed, in a quiet area and the rental company's communication was great via text and emails. We are already looking to see when we can come back again!

Being a local and having rented beach houses my whole life, we found the perfect house for our family to enjoy our son's wedding on the Isle of Palms. This house is well equipped for cooking, with lots of pots, pans, glasses, serving dishes, etc. The open floor plan on both floors was perfect. The porches were big and gave a beautiful view of the beach. It was more than enough room for the 14 that stayed there, with extra room for a few last minute sleepover guests.

We had 5 families stay for a week at the Beach. We were on the beach from 10am to 6pm daily. We were blessed with great weather and a perfect tide schedule. The house was large and accommodating. The beach location was not crowded and we had plenty of space to enjoy the ocean.

Nice location on beach. House was clearly older than surrounding homes, but fit our family needs quite well. We had rented this location about 10 years ago, and it seems updated. There were several broken chairs, but we could work around. Check in/out process was easy. The lower floor at ground level had a bit of a musty odor, but not terrible. The dining space was adequate for our large family. The furniture and fixtures could use some improvement. The beach location, bedroom configuration was just about right for us though. We had a good time.
