The beautiful apartments at the Ca’ del Pioppo country houses, built in 2017, are nestled in the heart of nature on the Cavallino-Treporti headland. The two country houses on the property are surrounded by a beautiful, fenced-in garden with trees, which you are welcome to use. The apartments are tastefully furnished and perfectly suited for those seeking peace and quiet, especially in the evening. About 1 km away is the Camping Village Cavallino, whose amenities are available to guests. These include a water park with wellness areas, restaurants, a panoramic lounge bar, an entertainment program for adults and children during the summer months, and a wellness and spa center (for a fee).
The Ca’ dei Pini house, approximately 81 square meters in size, accommodates up to 6 people and consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two additional people. The spacious living area also features a satellite TV, as well as a comfortably furnished kitchen equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There are two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. One of the two bathrooms is accessible exclusively from the master bedroom. From the bright living area, you have direct access to the terrace and the beautiful garden. Chairs, a table, and two lounge chairs invite you to relax here. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beach at the adjacent Camping Village Cavallino is located approximately 1.5 km away. On the wide, gently sloping beach, two lounge chairs and one umbrella per apartment are included during the summer months. It’s the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to build sandcastles with the kids. Walkways leading to the umbrellas ensure that strollers can access the beach. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day. There are parking spaces at the entrance to the Camping Village that you can use for free.
POOL

The spacious pool area features a children’s pool with water features and slides. The pool area also features an adult pool with massage jets and two hot tubs, perfect for relaxation.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
A crib can be provided upon request for a fee. During the summer months, the adjacent Cavallino Camping Village offers an entertainment program for all ages. The entertainment team provides your children with activities and fun all day long at the Mini Club. Evenings are also packed with activities, ranging from Baby Dance for the little ones to shows, cabaret, and group dances for the older guests. Let the entertainment team surprise you. Those looking to get active have plenty of options. From beach volleyball, soccer, and table tennis to bocce, as well as aerobics and water aerobics classes.

The Cavallino Camping Village features both a grocery store—where you’ll find fresh food as well as a wide selection of everyday items—and a bazaar where you can buy beach gear, newspapers, and souvenirs. Alternatively, just a few minutes’ drive away, you’ll find bakeries and supermarkets where you can stock up on daily necessities.
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Shopping options and restaurants are also just a few minutes’ drive away. At the adjacent Cavallino Camping Village, you can opt for half-board or full-board meals if desired. Every Tuesday morning, there’s a great weekly market on Via Fausta in Cavallino. There, you’ll find everything your heart desires! From groceries to clothing—you can shop here in a wonderful atmosphere.
