This is an offer to rent the entire house to you in the best location in the Morumbi neighborhood. It's five minutes from the Palácio das Bandeirantes and seven minutes from the Morumbi Shopping Mall.
The standard price advertised is for up to 8 people; the house has a capacity of up to 14 people. For more than 8 people, an additional charge of R$450.00 per person per day will be applied.
It is cozy, elegant, and full of spaces for leisure and socializing. Very well-ventilated and spacious.
The furniture is brand new and very tasteful.
There are several amenities for you: there's a barbecue, a gourmet area with a wood-fired pizza oven, a pergola, a 65' 4k TV in the leisure area, a delightful swimming pool, and much more.
