About this house rental
Your vacation home in a luxurious seaside setting—just 1 minute from the 18-km-long sandy beach. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the town center, which features a pier, many shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Nestled in beautiful gardens, you’ll find your approximately 95 m² vacation home. This semi-detached home was newly built in 2009. Two parking spaces are available free of charge.
You’re by the sea. And where do you enjoy the sea? On the beach, of course.
That’s why we’ve furnished the extremely spacious living and dining area for you in a classic maritime style with great attention to detail.
Here you’ll find a relaxation area with a sofa (which can also be used as a sleeper sofa) and two armchairs. A fireplace provides cozy warmth and comfort. A flat-screen TV with a radio system and DVD player is also available. You’ll find a small selection of DVDs and books here. In addition to the guest folder with information about the vacation home itself, we’ve provided a folder with information on many places to visit in Zingst and the surrounding area. Vacation days just the way you like them—we have the perfect suggestion for almost every wish. Several travel guides, cycling maps, and special guidebooks for children are waiting for you.
The large window front lets in plenty of light. From here, you can step out onto the south-west-facing terrace.
In the kitchen area, you’ll find a high-quality, modern country-style kitchen that we hope will leave nothing to be desired.
An extra-large refrigerator with a freezer compartment for all the treats you’ll want to enjoy on vacation.
A modern stove with all the features you need, as well as a ceramic cooktop, are available for your cooking needs and creations.
Of course, we’ve also got a little variety in the kitchen for you. In addition to pans, pots, and the usual kitchen utensils, you’ll find a raclette set, a wok, and cookbooks—maybe there’s time to try something new while on vacation.
Where can you find ingredients, fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, or fish for your culinary creations? We’ll tell you all about it in our guest folder, which you’ll find in the vacation home.
For those who like to cook on the fly, there’s a microwave.
You’ll find dishes, silverware, and red/white wine and water glasses for up to 12 people. Have fun setting the table and enjoy your meal.
You want to relax on vacation—so, of course, we’ve also provided a dishwasher for your convenience.
Two bathrooms are available for your use.
One bathroom is located on the first floor. It’s functionally equipped with a toilet and shower. Of course, the maritime flair is a must here. We’re also happy to provide you with a washing machine.
The second bathroom is located on the first floor. Here you’ll find a modern wellness area with a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and a coin-operated sauna for up to 3 people. Feel free to enjoy and relax here by candlelight!
