Nel complesso l appartamento ha una posizione ottima x tutto

La posizione dell appartamento è ottima per la comodità a tutto spiaggia,centro,negozi.....

L unica nota negativa è il fatto che la finestra della camera da letto è proprio sopra alla finestra della cucina del ristorante s che c'è sotto ,e non si poteva lasciare aperta per via degli odori ,quindi si doveva stare spesso con il condizionatore acceso .

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione: attaccato al mare, con tutti i negozi vicino e a 2 passi dal centro. Con aria condizionata, lavatrice, bagno grande e con tutti i comfort. A disposizione tutto il materiale in cucina. Parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi.

L'unica pecca è il balcone che non si può sfruttare perché viene su tutto il fumo e l'odore di pesce fritto dal ristorante sottostante. Bisogna stendere in casa!

Vicinanza al mare

Siamo arrivati all’ora del check in abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 17:30 per prendere possesso della casa perché dovevano cambiare la lavatrice, sotto c’è un ristorante e le ventole sputano su una finestra che si trova sotto la camera da letto non puoi tenere aperto altrimenti ti entra il calore e il puzzo di fritto, la ventola si sente tanto anche in camera da letto, non ci sono zanzariere perciò quando si vuole tenere aperto ovviamente quando il ristorante è chiuso ti entrano le zanzare. Il portone di sotto rimane sempre aperto e poco sicuro come palazzo. Abbiamo dovuto dare il check out alle 17 del giorno prima perché la porta blindata a deciso di smettere di funzionare abbiamo avvertito l’hoste che non volevamo lasciare la nostra roba all’interno con portone aperto sotto e porta blindata aperta ci avrebbe mandato un serramentista ma era venerdì pom l’indomani era sabato e ci saremmo persi un’altro giorno di mare quindi abbiamo deciso di lasciare la struttura prima abbiamo chiesto rimborso per tutti questi disguidi ma non ci hanno mai risposto e la struttura non ha mai risposto nemmeno a Booking. Vi consiglio di girare all’argo da questa struttura e da chi la gestisce.

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione: attaccato al mare, con tutti i negozi vicino e a 2 passi dal centro. Con aria condizionata, lavatrice, bagno grande e con tutti i comfort. A disposizione tutto il materiale in cucina. Parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi.
