Our stay in Brisas was excellent and very comfortable., we wiill visited again.

We visited Laguna bakery for breakfast, very good coffee and sandwishes. about 5 Min from the house.

well....we didnt like the cold showers and the presured of the water. But that didn't stop us. It is a cute place and very close to everything. Angeles was very on top of all our questions. Thank you.

VERY, VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Instructions were clear on how to collect the keys and access the property. Had washer and dryer available for the guests, if needed to wash clothes, and the place seemed to be pretty quiet at night. The property even has well lighted at night park like facility right in front of it, which could be beneficial for those who like to walk and/or exercise even at night. Bedrooms had good split units A/Cs, and one of the three beds was pretty good for my softer mattresses' preference.

The host was very responsive before our arrival to the place. After we arrived, and needed assistance with some issues at the property, we actually didn't hear back from them, but until two days after. There was ZERO hot water, my senior mom and I, actually had to take a cold shower that night. At our arrival, we were getting to know the facilities and found dusty and moldy spots on the ceiling in different spots through the property that we rented. We started having breathing issues almost immediately. There is NO A/C in the living, dinning, and kitchen areas, only on the bedrooms. The car has to be parked on the street, which is kind of narrow. Since I didn't hear from the host that first night, which was still early when I sent a message regarding the NO hot water, I decided to find another place to move for health concerns, mainly for my mom. It was, but two days after, when we already have left to the other stay, that I received a message for the host, to check the water heater to see if it was turned on. In the end, I ended up having double expense, even though we forcedly only stayed one night at this place. After explaining the host all these issues in a message, we received no response, let alone any refund, for the other 4 nights that we have paid already, just to find out that the place is not in rentable conditions. Nine days after, we still have NO answer at all about the issue, despite they knowing that we were doing this trip for the burial of a loved one. We are so disappointed, I could not let this pass. I wish somebody had taken the time to share their honest review as I am doing right now, because it would have save me the disappointment and the extra expense, that I am hoping to save to someone else behind me.
