The A6 mini-villa is located in the HELIOS complex, which features a shared park and parking.
On the first floor: the living area, consisting of the living room and a kitchenette open to the living room, plus a separate restroom with a sink and a washing machine.
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom (160-cm bed with mattress protector—beds can be arranged in two configurations: separate or as a double bed) with a closet (shelves and hanging space) and two nightstands; the window is equipped with a screen; 1 small double bedroom (2 armchairs that convert into 80 cm x 190 cm BZ beds, providing 2 single beds that can be pushed together + a crib; the window has a screen; 1 bathroom with a shower; 1 separate toilet.
Outside: The terrace features a covered and lit area for dining (extendable table seating 6 to 8 people) and an open-air section with an enclosed hot and cold water shower, as well as an outdoor kitchen: sink, BBQ, and griddle. The entire area is surrounded by a private garden with trees.
The residence’s tree-lined area is reserved exclusively for co-owners and tenants. A ping-pong table is also available
