About this house rental
Casa Opale is one of three homes built inside the historic tobacco drying barn that we restored in 2021. It is separate from the others, though adjacent to them, and has its own exclusive outdoor space.
It measures approximately 45 square meters and is located on the first floor with a loft. The loft has a ceiling height of 2.20 meters, as do the bathroom and the hallway on the first floor.
On the first floor is the living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, dishes and pots, etc.), and the bathroom with a shower and two sinks set on a travertine countertop.
Also on the first floor is the living area with a table and chairs and two sommier beds (90x200 cm).
The refrigerator is large, and the TV is a 43-inch model.
On the loft level, there is a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe (very spacious and deep).
It is equipped with mosquito screens and air conditioning.
The spacious outdoor area features a wicker pergola, faces west, and includes a table and chairs, as well as an outdoor shower (hot and cold water).
