The 90 m² non-smoking vacation rental is located on the 1st floor and comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom is located directly inside the apartment and is equipped with two beds, a spacious closet, and a sleeper sofa for one additional person. This room is ideal for those who value privacy and comfort.
When you leave the apartment, you’ll find the second bedroom right next to the main apartment in the hallway. This separate room offers space and privacy, making it ideal for larger groups or families.

The spacious living area invites you to relax and is furnished with a large sofa, a comfortable armchair with a footrest, and a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained. In addition, there are two beds here that can accommodate two more guests.

The fully equipped kitchen, which features an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, makes cooking a pleasure. After cooking, you can sit together in the kitchen and enjoy your meals.

The vacation rental has one bathroom with a sink and toilet. Another bathroom features a corner bathtub and a shower, as well as a washing machine for your convenience.

The flooring consists partly of laminate and tile, giving the apartment a modern yet cozy character. A particular highlight are the old, country-style exposed ceiling beams, which give the apartment its very own charm.

Please indicate your pets at the time of booking; a fee applies. Dogs are allowed in all rooms, and water and food bowls are provided. The fenced-in property offers safety, and nature begins right outside the door—ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation with your dog.
