Wonderful apartment in a lovely quiet area where mainly locals live. Just a 10-15’ walk down to town and the beach. The apartment is beautifully renovated, has everything (and more) you need, it was perfect for our stay. The view is amazing, I wish I could enjoy it every day.
Elsa was great and extremely polite and also flexible (as we arrived late due to traffic and left early - all not a problem at all, thank you again). We did not want to leave, and would go there anytime again. (If possible, I even would buy that apartment as I loved the time there so much).
The apartment, the location are absolutely lovely! If you want to be picky: both bathrooms have an air vent that runs constantly (as they are en suite; to prevent moisture in the rooms). In one room this was disturbing at night. We opened the windows and did not consider ventilation necessary (and nights were still slightly cold and so it felt like it was sometimes cooling the room on top).

Eine wunderschön renovierte Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr familienfreundlich. Tolle Lage oben am Hang in guter Nachbarschaft mit sehr schönen Einfamilienhäusern und kleinen Villen. Blick auf den Hafen, die Stadt und die Inseln. Den Blick aus dem Küchenfenster möchte ich am liebsten mit nach Hause nehmen. Die Fotos zeigen alles wie es ist: Große Terrasse mit Grill und Möbeln, große Küche wie zuhause (es hat nichts gefehlt), großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer, komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Badezimmern. Die Altstadt unten ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar (der Rückweg bergauf), dort kann man toll Essen gehen, am Hafen spazieren und einkaufen. Supermärkte sind nicht weit entfernt, Le Lavandou ist eine Stadt mit guter Infrastruktur. Abends ist die Altstadt von Bormes-les-Mimosas ein charmantes Ausflugsziel mit Cafés, Eisdielen und kleinen Läden. Der Strand von St. Clair ist von der Wohnung aus mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gut zu erreichen und sehr schön für Kinder, er hat einen ursprünglichen mediterranen Charakter und ist sehr entspannt, dort gibt es auch gutes Essen. Zur Wohnung ist vielleicht noch zu sagen, dass wir das Auto in der Einfahrt hinter dem Tor parken durften, das war toll. Allerdings geht das wohl nicht, wenn alle Wohnungen gleichzeitig belegt sind, da hatten wir Glück. Man kann auch an der Straße parken, dann am besten vor dem Nachbarhaus oder um die Ecke. Unten im Haus gibt es noch zwei kleinere Wohnungen mit Terrasse. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr nett. Wir wären gern noch viel länger geblieben.
