Cómodo y buena ubicación
El apartamento está en buena zona de Santander.
Deben mejorar algunas cosas, pero en general está bien.

El octavo infierno de Dante
Lo único que bueno es la ubicación, ya que está bastante cerca del centro de Santander, aunque el barrio no es ninguna maravilla. Está bastante degradado.
Permiten que alojes a tu mascota a un precio considerablemente alto teniendo en cuenta el servicio.
No os alojéis aquí salvo que tengáis preferencias sadomasoquistas.
Para empezar, el apartamento está viejo. Muchas de las ventanas están rotas/en mal estado. Al entrar al apartamento tuve que arreglar la hoja principal de la ventana del balcón porque no encajaba.
La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Platos y cubiertos con restos, olor a humedad, pero lo peor de todo fue abrir la cafetera y ver que el filtro tenía moho (moho de varias semanas).
Botes de champú y gel en la ducha, uno vacío y el otro a menos de un cuarto, sin papel de cocina…
En la casa no hay ningún equipamiento para combatir el calor, ni ventiladores de techo, ni de mesa y ya no hablemos del aire acondicionado. Y este es el punto principal: las ventanas no se pueden abrir de noche.
El edificio está en un callejón estrecho y justo en frente de la fachada hay un bar que tiene una terraza considerablemente grande y que abre de 12:00 a 3:00 TODOS los días. El ruido incluso con las ventanas cerradas es insufrible. Para colmo de males, a las 8:00 empezaban los obreros a hacer labores de restauración de la fachada y están construyendo un edificio en una parcela al lado del bar en cuestión.
Para más cachondeo además te mandan un mensaje, espero y deseo que automatizado que ponía “(…)
Solo para recordar y pedir amablemente (no es nada personal!!) de no hacer ruido a partir de las 23:00 de la noche hasta las 9:00 de la mañana, así respetar nuestros vecinos.(…)”. El chiste se cuenta solo.
Entiendo que, por supuesto, las actividades de terceros no son responsabilidad del alojamiento y su gestión, pero siendo conocedores de la situación sí que podrían haber acondicionado la casa para mitigar los ruidos y el calor.
Aparte de esto, es un segundo sin ascensor y en la propia calle así como las inmediatamente colindantes no hay plazas de aparcamiento. En cualquier caso, es zona azul todo lo que hay alrededor, por lo que normalmente la única opción es el Parking Numancia que está en prácticamente en la puerta.
