Broken AC, unreliable internet, and poorly equipped kitchen

The location is quite good.

The internet is provided via a SIM router, which is completely inadequate. It did not work properly, and instead of fixing the issue, the hosts refused to help and acted as if recharging the SIM was not their responsibility. This felt misleading and unprofessional. The kitchen is poorly equipped and inconvenient to use. There are no basic utensils or proper pans for cooking—only two large stainless steel pots that are cheap, impractical, and difficult to clean. The gas stove has auto-ignition, but it does not work, and no lighter or matches were provided. I had to buy one myself just to be able to cook. The couch is extremely uncomfortable, making the living area unpleasant to use for any extended period of time. The AC was not working upon arrival, in the middle of summer. It took several days to fix, making the first part of the stay very uncomfortable. Lighting throughout the apartment is very poor. Both the bedroom and living room were almost dark at all times. The bathroom was also a serious issue. The toilet had a persistent foul smell during the entire stay and did not flush easily, which is unacceptable for basic hygiene standards. Overall, the apartment lacks essential amenities, several systems were broken or inadequate, and issues were not handled proactively. I would not recommend this place unless these problems are properly addressed.
