I will not recomend it to anybody. This should not be on booking for renting.

Location was not that bad

I did not like that is was very dirty. Crumbs all over the place, ants in the small bedroom. All the furniture was painted like 3-4 times however i would have not cared if it was clean. But it was not. The small bedroom had a very insecure bed, we thought it will break by sitting on it only. The bathroom was not clean, hair all over the place. We contacted the property on the first day and they did nothing about it.

Location is amazing , and the apartment has a lot of charm but needs a good clean and fix up

We loved this property , and the location was fabulous . That being said it could do with a deep clean and a little overhaul . One of the beds was very bad , and all the windows could do with mosquito mesh ,and everything could do with a paint . I would stay again though because the decor and art were fantastic and the terrace and central location was just perfect .

Fire hazard. Not as described. Worst ever customer service I have ever experienced

The location is good for access to the old town

This property is a FIRE HAZARD and is not as described on booking.com 1. It presents a health hazard and safety risk. There is NO INTERNAL DOOR HANDLE to exit the property. Instead, you must insert a key into the internal lock and turn it to open the door. In an emergency, you should be able to open the door without needing a key. Because of this, I cut my stay short and left after 2 of my 10 days I'd booked at this property. When I told the property, they did nothing about it, and have chosen to ignore me ever since. 2. The beds are not as described. One room should have two twin beds. It didn't. There was only one double bed in the room. When I told the property about this, they did nothing to put it right. 3. This property has provided the worst booking.com experience I have ever had and I use booking.com a lot. I have given the property over a month to respond and deal with my concerns. They have simply ignored me. I have just had a call with customer support at booking.com and they have sent the property 13 emails. The property has not responded at all. I have asked for a refund for 8 of the 10 nights. I am happy to pay for the nights I stayed there. The property has simply chosen to ignore all my and booking.com messages and emails. I have been very reasonable and waited a month before providing this feedback. I wanted to give the property the opportunity to discuss my concerns and find an amicable resolution. As they have totally ignored me, I wanted to share my experiences with other people who may be thinking of staying at this property.
