Great apartment but very rude communication

Well equipped kitchen, modern, bright and spacious, with a stunning sea-view. Great location, 2mins walk to the sea.

They didn’t keep the 3pm check in time, the cleaner was still there when I arrived at 3.30pm and I wasn’t informed before even though I messaged them in the morning and when I called the contact person, he was extremely rude completely disregarded the fact that the apartment should have been ready.

Wohnung, Lage soweit OK aber extrem schlechter Vermieter, nur beim Anbieten von Exkursionen schnell

Lage OK mit 100 m zur Promenade, 100 m zur Bushaltestelle (Gegenrichtung 900 m), Wohnung großzügig mit 3 SZ für 6 Personen. rel. neu. Aufzug. Hier wurden durch andere Gäste bereits Fotos veröffentlicht.

Bereits im Vorfeld Probleme: 6 Anfragen von uns und Booking über mehrere Monate mit der Bitte uns mitzuteilen, welche Kaffeemaschine sich in der Wohnung befindet (kamen erst um 01:00 Uhr an). Wurden erst vertröstet, dann keinerlei Antwort mehr. Schlüsselübergabe über Box mit Zahlencode. Aber welche der 4 Boxen die Richtige war, wurde nicht erklärt. Nach Eingabe des Codes klemmte die richtige Box extrem und wir mußten immer wieder auch die anderen Boxen probieren. Es sah so aus, als wenn keine Box sich öffnen lies. Probleme auch bei Rückgabe, brauchten. 5 Min. In der Wohnung lies sich der Zeilzug des Wohnzimmer-Fensters wegen Defekt nicht bedienen. Der Abfluss der einzigen Dusche war von Anfang an verstopft, die Wohnung nur unzureichend gereinigt (Schmutz zwischen den Duschtüren, unter dem Bett, den Schränken. die Kloschüssel wies einen ekelhaften Rand auf). Man durfte nicht genauer hinschauen. Wichtige zugesagte Austattung fehlte: Waschmaschine, Grill, Kaffee-Zubehör, Hygieneartikel... Für 6 Personen zum Schlafen geeignet, aber nur 4-8 Geschirrteile - nur ein Schlüssel. Auf Anfrage bekamen wir für die Reinigung dann einen Besen und Wischer. Anscheinend gibt es nur einen einzigen Schlüssel für Vermieter, Mieter, Reinigung. Katastrophal das Verhalten des Vermieters: Obwohl wir alle og. Mängel umgehend mitteilten: Auf alle weiteren Mängel erhielten wir keinerlei Antwort. trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage auch von Booking !!!!! 14 Tage lang hatten wir eine Dusche, wo wir nicht einen Duschvorgang zu Ende führen konnten, da der Abfluss verstopt war. Keine Antwort auf Frage, wo denn die Waschmaschine, der Grill, das Kaffee-Zubehör etc. wären. Wasserkocher, Bad-Armaturen tw. unansehlich und verrostet. Schrecklich die Leuchten des Abzugs. Lärmbelästigung durch Whg. darüber, Keine Abhilfe. Die Straße ist auch nicht so ruhig. TV nicht möglich. Netflix nur die App ohne Account. Betten nur 1,90m, das ist nicht zeitgemäß. Keinerlei nützliche Gäste-Hinweise / Buspläne
