Several codes, but instructions were clear
The towels smell, no tissue Available , duvet not satisfactory

Lovely comfortable bedrooms in an amazing old building. We love that original features had been maintained and that there was a lift. The location is perfect if you want to be a stone's throw from the sites, action and entertainment. Information was precise and timely and the earlier check in was great.
Harder to clean areas could do with a little sprucing up. There were none of the usual extra touches like shower gel, shampoo or a bottle of water and we were missing a tea towel to dry pots.

The room is big and at the centre
The air condition doesn't work well and not enough to make warm the bathroom etc. It was cold. It is far to car park to carry luggages. The pillows and the sofa for the kid wasn't comfortable
