Very disappointing stay: mold throughout the property, broken showers and the upstairs shower causing water to leak thro

The air con was working in every room and provided a cold breeze when it was hot

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was very disappointing and far below what we expected. There was visible mold/dampness in several areas of the property. The showers were not working properly, and whenever someone took a shower upstairs, water would leak through the ceiling and drip into the ground floor. In the room right in front of the entrance, there was no hot water at all, and the toilet did not even have a toilet seat. These are not minor inconveniences, but basic maintenance and functionality issues that significantly affected our stay and comfort. The property clearly needs proper repairs and maintenance before it should be offered to guests again. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Great place to stay for exploring Naples. Close to train station and airport.

It was in quieter area of Naples, good transport links - 15 minute walk to train station and really spacious, there was 7 of us. The host provided detailed instructions on how to get into the apartment so there was no panic. Some shops are quite close (Coop). Watch out for the mini mart around the corner who seem to make up the prices. 5 minute walk from cafes.

Some extra pillows would’ve made the stay amazing but that’s personal preference.

Central, Convenient and Comfortable

If location matters to you, this place is a great choice. Everything felt close and accessible, yet the apartment itself was calm and easy to settle into. It was a solid base for seeing the city properly. The hosting was professional and welcoming — thanks again to Claudio for the great hospitality.

Really enjoyed our stay, the host was great and helpful. Would recommend to anyone visiting Naples!

Really great space for a group of 6, cool and fully air conditioned. Good kitchen and three bathrooms.

Nothing, only a couple of things slightly damaged which were not significant.
