Снимали эту квартиру для родителей,они остались очень довольны. Было всё необходимое для комфортной жизни. От центра города не далеко,на машине минут 10 езды,рядом есть магазины и кафе/рестораны. Родителям всё понравилось)

The host came to greet us and showed us inside the apartment, handed over the keys, we paid immediately with cash. The apartment was pretty clean and warm. Some of the facilities were lacking, for the price I recommend staying at a different location or in a hotel. For us it was important to be near my mom, which is why we booked this place. In the future, we will be booking a different place for the same price, closer to the center. I recommend the host take time to make his place seem worth the price - if things are broken: fix it properly. It’s not enough to just put a listing online and keep it clean, there needs to be a level of standard. The price isn’t exactly cheap either, so a guest would expect things to work properly at least…
1. There was only water at 8AM and 8PM.
2. Some days there wasn’t any water at all
3. On the last 2 days of our stay, there was water but no warm water at all.
4. The host should have told us in advance about the water situation in the city so we can book elsewhere since there are parts of the city where the water runs 24/7 and there is always warm water.
5. Some parts of the apartment were broken (see pictures), some areas taped together with tape, outlet outside of wall, some parts of the walls were dirty others looked like black mold possibly.
6. Location is fine (for tourists = 50min/1hr walk to center)
