Annonce trompeuse par le proprio dommage pour la réputation de perla del mar qui ne mérite pas ça.
1) très bonne accueil, le gestionnaire de l'appartement Monsieur elfoukay est super sympa.
On le remercie chaleureusement. Voir son site: (chorouk.ma)
2) La responsable du syndic super sympa ainsi que Ayman de la sécurité de nuit, le maître nageur sympa aussi.
3) très sécurisé, on peut garer sa voiture dans la rue sans problème.
4) Heureusement qu'il y avait la piscine.
La piscine est fermée le lundi.
Il y a un maître nageur de 9h00 à 14h00
Puis réouvre à 15h00 jusqu'à 19h00.
Il y a une boutique à proximité qui ouvre 24/24
Un nouveau petit snack qui propose un petit déjeuner pas chère. 2drh le café
5) on peut entendre l'adhan, le Masjid n'est pas trop loin à pied.
Plusieurs fausse annonce sur Booking.
1) photo vue sur piscine : c'est faux, à l'intérieur de l'appartement on a pas de vue à l'extérieur, il y a plusieurs vis à vis. Vue sur cour des voisins.
Obligé de fermer à moitié les volets sinon on nous vois.
Le salon n'a pas de fenêtre.
Ancienne photo sur l'annonce concernant l'extérieur qui n'existe plus.
Du salon on est obligé d'allumer la lumière sinon c'est trop sombre.
La cuisine est extrêmement petite et il fait très chaud quand on cuisine, c'est insupportable.
2) dans la chambre à coucher, on est en face d'un immeuble en construction, les ouvriers nous regardent vivre, obligé de fermer à cause du bruit ( à partir de 6h45!!!! Jusqu'à 18h00!!!!!) impossible de se reposer dans la chambre.
3) annonce fausse concernant la distance plage -appartement: on est à 3,5km au lieu de 800m à pied de la plage selon l'annonce.
Sans compter les embouteillages pour arriver à la plage. Il faut compter 30 min en voiture pour aller à la plage, c'est pathétique!
4) pour accéder à la piscine, on est obligé de porter un bracelet. Or il n' y a que 4 bracelets par appartement et par famille selon le règlement de perla del mar.
(Bonjour les familles nombreuses !)
5) obligé d'utiliser la voiture pour sortir se promener.
Sauf pour aller manger , il faut parcourir 15min à pied pour arriver sur une avenue avec plusieurs bon restos.
6) en attendant la demande de remboursement partiel.
