Great location and a very helpful host who resolved the check-in issue well.

The location is great – very close to the beach and the bridge, which made it easy to get around. The apartment had useful amenities like shampoo, shower gel, and kitchen supplies, which made the stay comfortable. Although our first impression was difficult because the host arrived 50 minutes late with the keys, they handled the situation very well by offering a late check-out, which was very helpful for our late-night flight.

The initial check-in experience was not ideal since we had to wait outside on the cold floor for about 50 minutes before receiving the keys. It was also difficult to manage the temperature in the apartment – sometimes it felt too cold and sometimes too warm, likely because we didn’t fully understand how to use the AC/heating system. One of the showers is located in the same space as the bed without separation, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it.

Family trip in Pescara

Big apartment, nice terrace. Two bathrooms. Well equipped. Close enough to the coast.

Nothing important to mention.

I do not recommend the apartment

I never write reviews, but I'll take the time because it's important to mention the following about the manager. First, when I left the apartment, I received an extra €30 charge because, according to them, the apartment was dirty, even though they charge for a cleaning item in the rental price. Second, the apartment seemed clean when we arrived, but upon arrival, we noticed it was covered in lint all over the floor, under the bed; it clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. It was very unpleasant. We also found the dishes poorly washed, with food remnants and stains, so I had to wash everything again before using it. The only information the manager gave us was the check-in and check-out times. We had to ask her to send us the Wi-Fi password. No information about where to leave the trash except for a note in Italian that didn't clarify where to leave the trash bags, since I'd never seen trash bins on the street, nor had I seen people leaving trash on the streets. I certainly wasn't going to leave it dumped anywhere. I noticed there were bins, but you need cards, which I didn't have, of course, nor did the manager give us one. So we left the trash closed and the recycling separated by category and in bags, so it was easy to carry. They charged us extra for cleaning, which I find unusual. We rented an apartment for 5, and only two beds were made. We had to set up the sofa bed and make the bed. Although we rented in advance, they had time to get everything ready. This was the first time this has happened in all the years we've been renting on Booking.com. The apartment was noisy, not from the outside but from the other apartments. We could hear the person who lived next door coughing, the neighbor's TV, and the music. The towels looked clean, but when they dried they left lint on your body, like when you buy them and don't wash them for the first time before using them. Unconfortable beds.

Mooi modern appartement, erg comfortabel.

Inchecken ging even lastig, veel invullen, maar kwam uiteindelijk allemaal goed. Alles met codes, maar ook dat werkte verder uitstekend.
