Heaven on earth

The view, town and the sound of just nature

The mattress is not very comfortable, kitchen is poorly equipped and the host didn't send us any messages to confirm an hour earlier checkin as i asked to check in one hour in advance with a message on booking.com as it was suggested on the same site . We kept waiting for a reply and that reply was even later by 30 min than the original check in time.

Amazing panorama

The amazing view from the balcony. The peace and quiet of a mountain village cannot be beaten in such cases. But believe me, this apartment is worth booking for the amazing panorama. It was well furnished, a bit cold for us in September but the owner brought us an electric radiotor to keep warm and all was ok.

The annoying list of items from the apartment that you have to check if they are there and report if something doesn't match. This is a really stressful thing to do when on vacation. I really hope they give up this retarded ideea. We were missing a bottle opener, but thankfully the neighbour helped.

Lovely location with amazing view

The views are epic. Many details were provided in the kitchen and bath. It’s a good location for driving around the lake and even to bergamo and Milano.

The shower door needs updating/ replacing. There were also only a couple cups for drinking water etc

Amazing views, quiet top floor apartment

The view is fantastic! It was easy to get to. You need to climb up about 2 floors stairs outside and then another 2 floors inside the building to get to the flat, but the stairs are wide enough and sturdy. No lift. It's quiet, easy to get to supermarkets and places to eat. There's everything you need inside the apartment, apart from WiFi which probably comes from the neighbours because there's no router in the flat and the signal is very weak, available only in a corner of the house. We only had one and a half rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 nights, so we had to add the stress of going to the shops during opening hours to buy toilet paper. We asked for some toilet paper, as well as the balcony furniture, as there wasn't any, and they brought some newly bought furniture (no extra toilet paper). A duvet had a big stain on it, and the table cover was very sticky - the €60 cleaning tax was not justified. We informed the managers about all this. There were some chipped cups as well. There's an inventory contract you need to sign online after you book, but not everything that was on the list was in the apartment, and it adds a bit of stress and takes up your time going through the list and the actual items in the house, which is not something you want on your holiday. This was the only place with an inventory we have ever had. The flat is very functional and spacious enough for a family of 4. There are blinds on every window, which makes it cool and dark in the mornings. The area and the views are spectacular, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough.

WiFi is almost non-existent, 2 chipped cups, stained duvet, sticky table cloth, broken chair, not enough toilet paper for the number of people and the length of the stay, no air conditioning so you can't open the blinds during the day because it gets very warm in the summer, inventory (€20 for a corkscrew which was not even there in the first place, but we told the managers about it and there wasn't an issue). If these issues were solved, it would definitely be an exceptional place to stay. It was fine, but there's room for improvement.

Panorama, doppi balconi, grandezza appartamento. Armadi capienti

Wifi praticamente inesistente, attrezzatura cucina incompleta. (mancavano i mestoli e il pentolino per scaldare il latte) Aspirapolvere non funzionante. Poltrona di vimini sfondata. Struttura al terzo piano, senza ascensore.

La posizione, il silenzio, il clima. La struttura pulita, accogliente e dotata di ciò che serve per un soggiorno tranquillo. Molto utile l' utilizzo del garage.

Piccolo dettaglio senza importanza in quanto siamo ancora in forma e godiamo di buona salute, ci sono tante scale per arrivare dal garage all' appartamento. Ma comunque vale la pena farle anche più volte al giorno.
