We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Close proximity to the shops and restaurants of La Spezia, as well as the harbour for walking and a day trip to Cinque Terre.

The property and staff were fantastic. Loved the location to the marina for the boating. Very nice and helpful staff.

There was no menu for room service

We had a problem with our reservation during the checkin. It seemed that the NH hotel system and Expedia system “did not communicate”. So, although the hotel Front Desk could see that we had payed for the reservation, it was not on its system. Nevertheless, the Front Desk staff did its best to solve the issue. We stayed in a standard room in the first night, although we have paid for premium. But the hotel offered a dinner for me and my wife.
From the second night on, we were moved to the premium room.
Things like this can happen. What makes the difference is how they are handled. And the hotel staff handles it in the most efficient way.
