The property is great, close to the city, close to attractions, far enough away to be quiet. Rooms clean and sunny with great views over harbour. Restaurant at facility is cosy in a nice way, meals really good, staff very nice. We used Uber for some trips, very efficient, but mostly walked to places. I will definitely stay here again. Incredibly inexpensive for what we got. 🌟🌟

We stay here regularly. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms of all sizes up to 2-bedroom apartment style with kitchen. Handy to Parnell Rose Gardens, Parnell Baths, Parnell Shops, Auckland Domain, Newmarket, Spark Arena and Central City. And if you are lucky to get a room overlooking the harbour I have to say sitting on the deck with a coffee in the morning is relaxing and refreshing. Book early. Even though they have lots of rooms they fill up quick.
