I have not returned to The Pierre since 2017, and still some members of the staff remembered me. It felt like coming home. The best Hotel in New York!!

Excellent service and great location- easy walk to shopping, Central Park and (on good weather days) museums. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an “old New York” experience. Breakfast was excellent.
