The room did not have shampoo, but it was immaculately cleaned! Very impressed at the size and amenities. Front desk girl no smiles, but she fixed the fact that Expedia would not let me add 2 adults 1 child to the room without buying extra airline tickets. I did not need extra airline tickets because my family already lives in Arizona. I was the only one flying to Phoenix Arizona. Booking and paying was easy. I love Expedia!!!!!!

We had such an amazing time at Great Wolf Lodge! 🐺❤️ My daughters absolutely loved every minute of it. The indoor water park was definitely the highlight—they had so much fun swimming, going down the slides, and just enjoying themselves without having to worry about the weather.
The food was really good, and there were so many fun activities to keep the girls entertained. Our room was also such a fun part of the experience! Everything felt exciting and family-friendly, and seeing how happy my daughters were made the whole trip worth it.
We made some really great memories together, and I’m so glad we decided to come. We will definitely be coming back! 🥰🌊🐺
