The staff was extremely helpful with assisting with my luggage and opening doors. They also assisted in ordering taxis for me. Staff were well dressed and spoke good English, communication is key.
The room is faultless. It was cleaned perfectly with symmetrical precision.
Highly recommend staying here as it’s within 5 minute walk to KLCC and next to an LRT station for easy travel.
