We are celebrating our wedding anniversary in Paris and had a wonderful stay.
Although our arrival didn't go quite as planned, the hotel handled the situation with so much care and professionalism. The manager personally followed up, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the thoughtful anniversary decorations and beautiful balcony room made us feel special.
What impressed us most was how the team turned a frustrating arrival into such a positive experience. We are very grateful for their kindness and hospitality and would happily stay here again and again.

Great hotel. Would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and multi-lingual. They even left me a little birthday surprise. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The location was great, right near the metro, tons of great restaurants and walking distance to Gare Nord /Est, L’Opera, and Sacré Coeur / Montmarte.
