The property is beautiful and although the building is old, the rooms were updated with modern finishes. We used the amenities, including the pool. We rented e-bikes, and it was convenient, if a little expensive. Staff were very helpful, including providing advice on local bike routes. We had breakfast one morning in the dining room. Unfortunately, it was a very busy day, and some food was not available as it was quickly taken by the many other guests that morning. The bar/lounge in the lobby closes early (11pm) and we were not able to order snacks in the late afternoon as they were too busy with dinner service.
Overall, a lovely stay and beautiful spot.

searching for a hotel online is very hard. You do not see the difference between A or B. This hotel was perfect. I recommend to have a drone style video of the hotel. Much easier to point out what the hotel is all about.
See you next time!
