We had a nice stay. We were on the third floor it was quiet. Check in went smooth. Front desk clerk informed us of activities in the area.

Overall, it was a fine place, but I might put a few notches under the user rat I ngs of 8.2. More like a 7.9.
The location was convenient to lots of things from Vallyfair to Mall of America to the Zoo. Staff was friendly. Parking sufficient. Close to stores and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were decent.
What i would rate lower is I felt the 2 bedroom suite did not have adequate ventilation in the bedrooms. It seemed like the AC dumped cold air into the living room and the only way to cool the bedrooms was to leave the door open. They sell snacks at the front desk.
Also, with a 5 night stay, I had to request cleaning, which didn't happen. The trash cans are super tiny. I know, post-covid, housekeeping isn't automatic, but here it wasn't as available as it should be. I was able to get fresh towels at the desk.
Also, noise, walking, etc, it carries a little more. I thought someone was wiggling my bedroom door, but it was shaking from walking above.
