This hotel is great. Rooms are well fitted out, staff are helpful and the facilities decent. The location is also great, with one side of the hotel overlooking the Tiergarten and zoo.
When we checked in and went to our room, it smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately we weren’t able to change rooms that night but they did manage to move us the next morning.

Fabulous location for attractions and shopping, beautiful hotel, huge bed, spacious rooms, decent air conditioning. Lovely staff, so helpful when our flight out was cancelled and we arrived 12 hrs late. The hotel is very nice, clean, and quiet.

It was the hottest day in Berlin when we arrived but the staff were very nice. We enjoyed three day stay and the location was perfect. Only minutes away from restaurants and shopping district. I would stay here again for first time travellers.

This is a great hotel for families in Berlin. Across the street from the zoo and walking distance to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, as well as public buses. The hotel has a lovely pool and a great fitness center. We found the breakfast too pricey but otherwise the hotel was very affordable and comfortable. A great find in Berlin!
