Great central location. Nice hotel, no AC which was disappointing. The restaurant with non-ethnic food was booked both days I was there (weddings I think) and both times the staff recommended me eat there. They didn't seem to know it was booked. I usually love ethnic food (the other restaurant choices) but was looking for traditional English food. With the location though, it was an easy walk to many nice pubs. Side note: shower was terrible. I ended up washing my hair in the sink for lack of water pressure.

This is a great property in London in immaculate condition and a beautiful courtyard. The service was top notch. The breakfast was sub par. There is a lot of hype around it and it’s certainly not worth the hype or the 55 price tag. Recommend the hotel and the restaurants but not the breakfast buffet.

An amazing hotel in every aspect. I caught myself hurrying back from my various meetings in the city to enjoy this amazing hotel and my lovely, lovely room. My future home away from home.
