Really loved this property. You can't get any better views of the volcano! It was quiet, clean, peaceful and modern. Our host, Santiago, was awesome. Very friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with.
The only thing I would critique is the stocking of the kitchen. For the price, I would've expected better utensils and kitchen gadgets. For example, there wasn't a good, sharp knife we could use to chop things, nor was there a decent spatula. It was a bunch of mismatched stuff. I think everything could use an upgrade.
We also didn't realize until the last night that we had access to the Los Lagos resort, so that was a big miss on the communication. Although I don't think we would've used it all that much. But if you want to relax around the pool or sit in the hot springs, you'll want to know about it in advance.
Overall, great stay and I think we would stay there again if we were coming back to La Fortuna anytime soon!

Absolutely breathtaking views!
We stayed here with our three boys and had such an amazing experience. Peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery. While we weren’t lucky enough to catch the volcano on a completely clear day, it was still worth every penny.
We originally booked two nights and also stayed at Los Lagos, not realizing they are part of the same property. We honestly would have loved to extend our stay at the villas, but as you can imagine, they book up far in advance.
Would absolutely stay here again when we make our way back to this part of Costa Rica. 🇨🇷
