Great location! Super central to wonderful restaurants and major attractions. However, the beds were strange. We received 3 twin beds, 2 of them connected by one bed frame. The walls and floors are thin. We could hear the guests above us and on our floor. I was also charged for ice which I thought was strange. None of the other 2 hotels I stayed at - in Barcelona, and Mallorca, did such a thing. But the location is truly great and Valencia is a beautiful city.

Everything was ready to go and the hotel was very nice. Good location, walking distance to the old town. Staff was very friendly as well.

We had a really good stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and were especially accommodating with our toddler. The hotel is in a great central location, with everything you need close by. Our room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The hotel parking was also reasonably priced considering the location.
Breakfast was okay but could have had a better selection, although the breakfast staff were fantastic and very helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
