I had a great stay at Hotel De La Ville. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was also very convenient, especially for the cruise port. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The building is very authentic and beautiful. The public areas and rooms have high ceilings and a historical feel. Original features of what was a substantial home remain and have been renovated sympathetically. Our room was a suite which was large with a very large outdoor terrace. Robes and slippers were provided. A nespresso machine and kettle were welcome. Breakfast was varied and of high quality at a reasonable price. Staff were helpful and friendly .
The pool was some way from the hotel which was a little disappointing but did not spoil our enjoyment.
We loved our stay and would stay again.
If there is one suggestion I could make it would be to be able to enjoy some shade such as an umbrella on the terrace as it was very warm during our stay .

The room was nice size. The staff was wonderful and kept our baggage for a small fee while we traveled to Pisa for a couple of days. Also kept it for free as we wondered around town before our cruise left the day we checked out. Breakfast was amazing so many different choices, clean, and delicious!
Close to the train station for our travel to Pisa. And there’s a shuttle bus you can catch right near the hotel.
