This is a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are small, however, and there isn't any air conditioning. However, this is typical in Swiss hotels. It was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable.

The room was large, beds were comfortable
Didn't eat the breakfast, but do use the coffee machine. There were a few restaurants near by and a bus stop.

Room was beautiful and the couch is much smaller than you think. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was even better. I had 2-3 cappuccinos. Shops are a 5 min walk + but the hotel itself is in a safe area!

We loved hotel so much, lovely reception and room decoration, nice people. Very clean, easy transportation to city center. If we come to Bern again we will definitely stay at this hotel.
