Great room for the price. Just down from the 2&3 Tram for easy old town and train access
Beware: the Swiss do not believe in AC, even in the summer.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It is located at a convenient location for all transport (but I chose to walk to the city center and the lake) with many restaurants and shops nearby and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fun front desk staff, convenient enough location to multiple streetcar, and very spacious 3 person room (like an apartment). No AC but was substituted with 2 cooling fans.
