Friendly staff and a nice clean hotel. Great location.
8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
I arrived after 6 PM and it was stressful to see there was no staff available for check‑in. Fortunately, I followed the instructions and everything worked smoothly. The room was very small, which I understand is common in Europe, but overall I wasn’t impressed. It felt basic, and the price didn’t really match what was offered. I suppose you pay for the brand, but it doesn’t always guarantee higher standards.I did enjoy the breakfast — the cheese, yogurt, and coffee were very good — but the overall stay didn’t leave me wowed.

Clean room, across train station, good breakfast.

The location was excellent-right across the street from the train station. The hotel was clean and the room was large and comfortable. It was mostly quiet though you could hear plumbing from other rooms. The breakfast was wonderful. And just a 15 minute train ride to Zurich airport!
