Air conditioning in the whole building which is not advertised, 24 hrs complementary coffee at the lobby, free upgrade to a nicer and bigger room. Location is perfect just one block from the Victoria station. Easy to find the hotel. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace and the river bank. The only consideration would be the price of the hotel. It’s really pricey as compared to the hotel in other locations. We need to stay closer to the station because our flight from Gatwick is really early. There’s a direct express train from Victoria station to Gatwick in 1/2 hours. And our coach from Winchester is also arrived at this location making it ideal for an overnight stay.

The hotel was an 8-minute walking distance to the Victoria Underground, which was perfect. There is a pub up the street if you are interested, and lots of restaurant options around as well.
It's quiet enough at night, and even though the train station is directly across the street, you barely hear it.

Excellent location, a few minutes walk to Victoria coach station. Good value for money!

The perfect location, so close to Victoria station & underground and lots to explore just a short walk away. The hotel is fantastic, we would definitely stay again. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect (family of 3 with 2 double beds in room). The bathroom is small and one of the beds is against the wall but for a room in central London at an affordable price you can’t expect to have a lot of space. It was perfect for us. The room was very clean and had plenty of towels and extra pillows too. I had seen a lot of reviews saying it was noisy being so close to the station but we didn’t find it noisy at all. Highly recommended.
