5-star service. Wonderful greeting and walking explanation of the hotel all the way to the elevator. Before we knew it, our luggage was gone at the reception and in our room when we arrived. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel twice, it was so exceptional. The pools are wonderful. Rooms touched up every evening. They have their own vehicle, so call the hotel to pick you up at the station for 9€ instead of 20€ (you can comfortably walk if you have light luggage). Highly recommend first floor walkout to the courtyard and pool. If you go in summer, ask for a corner room so you can get a cross breeze of alpine air, and fall asleep to the rushing glacial river.

Incredible amenities. The spa and pool were epic. I would stay here again. My only quip is that there are no full length mirrors anywhere in your room!

Great spot in the heart or Zermatt. Close to everything. Views of the Matterhorn. Exceptional. The spa was very nice!! Highly recommended.
