The property is nice, the rooms are very clean. I love that there’s a lot of trees in the property and around. It is a little bit far from everything but there are markets nearby and the bus is really easy to take. My only complaint is that when we arrive, the man at the reception told us that we had not paid, he charged us for our stay, we could not get the receipt from Expedia because we had no Internet, and he would not give us Wi-Fi until we paid. After connecting to Wi-Fi I could get the receipt, but since it was late at night when we arrived and we were tired, we had to do it until the next morning and they did give us a refund But since it takes 3 to 5 business days, we are still waiting for our refund. That was a big inconvenience for us and it wasn’t pleasant to get into an argument with the staff.

Property was suitable for a short stay. While old and a bit tired it was comfortable.

It’s a handy place to stay for the airport and the room was clean and spacious. It’s a long way from Biarritz centre and on the edge of an industrial estate

Fast, effortless check-in and a clean room with all amenities. A short distance away from Gare de Biarritz and airport, and the hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from the bus stop.
Early morning call from jets on final approach to land at the airport could be a deal breaker for some, but the hotel is one of the least expensive in the area. Breakfast is up to the usual Campanile standard – good.
