Nice hotel, staff very helpful especially over WhatsApp. If check in is at 3pm I expect a person to be there to make sure we enter property and give a run down still etc

Great stay at Newel - Mario and the staff were fantastic and accommodating, lovely breakfast with a lot of choice, great location close to the metro and overall a wonderful stay. Only things to note, parking can be quite tricky and the Penthouse Room lacks a bit of privacy - would benefit from curtains/privacy glass. Other than that, great stay and would return.

We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was absolutely lovely, as pictured. The Newell is a very modern building, so guests should be aware of that design concept when booking - there’s a minimalist aspect to the esthetic that some may not fully appreciate.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional! A wide variety of items to choose from and varied slightly each day.
A couple a minor tweaks that would have put it over-the top for us would have been better streaming options on the TV (only Android users could connect) and the ability to adjust the hot tub temperature (only got warm so we used it once).
