My granddaughters and I thoroughly enjoyed this accomodation. The staff there were amazing and incredibly helpful. Felt like their goal was to ensure the best service was given.

Clean and centrally located, room was quiet but a little out-dated. Breakfast was a disappointment—tinned (!) fruit was served every day along with packaged slices of cheese and meat—as if the management wanted to save as much money as possible while advertising that breakfast is included in room rate.

Our room was clean and quiet. Staff always very helpful. Nice old Palazzo. Great location from train station to water taxi’s. Would stay again. Very practical location.
