Great place to stay, right in the heart of Florence. The hotel manager was wonderful and very accommodating/helpful with all requests. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay to explore all Florence has to offer! Centrally located, clean, VERY comfortable beds and the best air conditioning I’ve ever had in Europe. They also have a filtered water machine in the lobby which is great for staying hydrated in the summer heat. We would definitely stay here again :)

Great location and comfortable, quiet room. It was a bit tricky to get into as the signage is quite small and couldn't see a door bell or buzzer so knocked a couple of times, it's a heavy door! Highly recommend.
