The staff was extremely helpful and always read with a recommendation or to assist in any way. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding location, extraordinary service from Leonardo, and a value for Florence Centre! If you want luxury, this is not it. If you value a good size, comfortable room that is quiet and clean in a fab location with a bed and breakfast like hospitality, this is your place! Thank you all!
