There is a locker in the lobby. You can store your luggage in the lobby after check-out.

The rooms are equipped with complete kitchenware, drinking water and snacks, and quick and convenient check-in procedures.

The elevator is too small that our stroller cannot fit in.

Localização excelente. Serviço online a todo o tempo que estivemos hospedados, apartamento confortavel para 6 pessoas. Chegamos e tinha água, snacks e café. Produtos de higiene de alta qualidade. Temperatura interna perfeita.

It was amazing stay in Florence .

Every thing was amazing except the location of the appartment was not easy to reach , better to go by taxi , it’s close to centre .

It’s better if there is a phone number to contact directly than having a virtual chat till we get the employee to contact with us .

Excellent séjour !

Très bel appartement, neuf, décoré avec goût. Literie impeccable et grande armoire de rangement. Coin cuisine moderne et fonctionnel avec MO et frigo/congelateur, Nespresso et produits de base. Belle douche très agréable avec bons produits. Il est super bien situé dans le quartier historique, proche de tout mais hors du bruit (petite rue calme)

Chambre très sombre: fenêtre donnant dans une ruelle, mais sans doute parfait pour la chaleur estivale. Tout est digitalisé, pas de personnel sur place : si soucis, vous êtes redirigé vers une centrale ( un soucis de code a été parfaitement réglé par téléphone, personne très réactive et cordiale)

Apartamento bem localizado, mas com algumas ressalvas

Apartamento em boa localização em Florenca, próximo da ponte Vecchio e do Palácio, vários restaurantes e ruas comerciais próximas. Apartamento novo, limpo, fechadura eletrônica oque facilita bastante o check-in e também no andar térreos inúmeros locker para deixar as malas .

Ausência de staff no local atrapalha bastante, demora pra conseguir conversar com alguém qdo ocorre algum problema. Apenas espelho nos banheiros. Achei a cozinha muito pequena. Sofá e cama do piso superior um pouco desconfortáveis. Ambas de armar

It‘s a very lovely, clean, nice accommodation that I ghighly recommend.

It was at a very nice location. It‘s a newly renovated with meticulously clean facilities. The respondence system was super easy and fast.

Nothing much. But we had difficulty opening the lockers to claim our luggage. But with the help of staff, we resolved the problem very easily.

Large and clean with nice enough kitchen. Separate bedroom will make it luxurious enough.

Attractions are within walking distances. Even the train station is only 1 km away, which is definitely close enough to walk.

Everything is computerized, which is fine by me, but if you are afraid of talking to machines, then things may be hectic. But a phone call to an actual person was quite helpful for me too.

The apartment was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Minutes away from all major attractions. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable! 100% recommend!

Soddisfatta

Ottima la posizione in pieno centro, a metà strada tra la stazione ed il fiume. L'appartamento si presenta accogliente e pieno di comfort: c'è tutto il necessario per prepararsi una buona tisana e rilassarsi sul divano a guardare un po'di TV. C'è la macchina per il caffè, microonde, frigo e stoviglie ed utensili per la cucina. Un comodo tavolino per poter fare colazione. L'appartamento si presenta molto pulito e completamente nuovo. Gli spazi sono ben divisi ed i letti sono stati molto comodi, anche il divano letto.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che ci hanno cambiato la stanza all'ultimo momento, la mattina dell'arrivo, quindi anche se non fosse stata di nostro gradimento, non avremmo potuto fare più nulla. L'affaccio dell'appartamento è all'interno di un vicolo buio, quindi non entra mai la luce esterna e le finestre sono sbarrate. Quindi, affacciandosi, dà un po' l'idea di trovarsi in carcere. Ma, chiudendo le finestre con le tende oscuranti ed accendendo tutte le luci, questa sensazione sparisce e l'appartamento risulta comunque bene illuminato. Inoltre, non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non ci fosse contatto umano, ma ogni necessità viene risolta attraverso una chat automatica. Comunque abbastanza reattiva. In generale, tornerei assolutamente in questo appartamento, perché trovo il rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale.

Konumu çok iyi , rahatlıkla heryere yürünebiliyor. İşletmenin müşteri deneyimi ekibinden sorularıma her zaman hızlı cevaplar alabildim. Odamıza ilk girdiğimizde indüksiyonlu ocak çalışmıyordu ancak sorunumuzla hızlıca ilgilendiler, görevli bir kişi kontrol edip arızalı olduğunu teyit etti ve bize oda değiştirme teklifi ettiler. Alt kattaki biraz daha geniş bir odaya hızlıca geçiş yaptık. Bu sebeple bizi çok memnun ettiler.

Perfect stay in florence

Fantastic stay, brilliant location with all the key tourist spots a walkable distance from the property. The room was tastefully done, very modern and comfortable. The surprise treat was a very nice gesture 😄 All queries were addressed by the team and they were easily reachable. Would really recommend this property for anyone traveling to florence.

Our best stay in Italy. Very clean and comfortable. The best service, easy check in and check out. The kitchen facilities are just enough for travellers who spend most of the day wandering around the city.

The apartment is located in the very center.15 min from the central station. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Very cozy.

Great stay!

Check in and check out is very smooth with the ability to store luggage after check-out which is amazing! The room is spacious and well equipped. We didn't cook but the kitchen has everything you would need. Instant replies on WhatsApp during working hours.

The breakfast offering was disappointing. Don't pay for it if you don't like a set menu and would prefer a continental style buffet.

I had a greasy experience with the apartment. It is easy to check in online. The location is absolutely excellent. It’s about 10 minutes walk or less to most of the tourist attractions. Highly recommended.
